REPORT OF ACCRUED HOURS. If employees’ available vacation is not reported on the standard pay stub, the Employer shall provide upon request by the Employee the hours available. The Employer shall provide this information no later than five (5) days after the Employee’s request has been made. In addition, the Employer shall provide all employees on a quarterly basis a report indicating accrued vacation hours.

  • Notice of Termination Payment As soon as practicable after calculation of a Termination Payment, notice shall be given by the Non-Defaulting Party to the Defaulting Party of the amount of the Termination Payment and whether the Termination Payment is due to or due from the Non-Defaulting Party. The notice shall include a written statement explaining in reasonable detail the calculation of such amount. Subject to Section 5.4(b) above, the Termination Payment shall be made by the Party that owes it within three (3) Business Days after such notice is effective.

  • Definition of Accrued Obligations For purposes of this Agreement, “Accrued Obligations” means: (i) the portion of Executive’s Base Salary that has accrued prior to any termination of Executive’s employment with Company and has not yet been paid; and (ii) the amount of any expenses properly incurred by Executive on behalf of Company prior to any such termination and not yet reimbursed. Executive’s entitlement to any other compensation or benefit under any plan of Company shall be governed by and determined in accordance with the terms of such plans, except as otherwise specified in this Agreement.
