Report of Assault. 1. Employees shall immediately report cases of assault suffered by them in connection with their employment to their immediate supervisor. 2. Such notification shall be immediately forwarded to the Superintendent's office which shall comply with any reasonable request from the employee for information in the possession of the Superintendent's office relating to the incident or the persons involved.

Report of Assault. Unit members shall immediately report any incident of alleged assault suffered by them in connection with their employment to the Superintendent/Director or designee. The Superintendent/Director shall release the unit member from duty if they choose to make a statement to the police or is required to appear in court in connection with the incident of alleged assault.

Report of Assault. 13.7.1 Teachers shall immediately report cases of assault suffered by them in connection with their employment, to their principal or other immediate supervisor, who shall immediately report the incident. 13.7.2 Such notification shall be immediately forwarded to the Superintendent, who shall comply with any reasonable request from the teacher for the information in the possession of the Superintendent relating to the incident or the persons involved, and shall act in appropriate ways as liaison between the teacher, the police, and the courts.

  • STATEMENT OF ASSURANCES Grantee hereby assures OSHE that: A. The activities and services to be performed under the Grant Agreement will be administered by or under the supervision of the Grantee. B. Any funds received under the Grant Agreement shall not be used to supplant funds normally budgeted for programs or services of the same type. C. The project shall be operated in compliance with all applicable New Jersey State Laws and EOF. D. Grantee will submit project reports as specified in the Grant Agreement, including information relating to the achievement of project objectives. Grantee will keep project records and afford access thereto as OSHE may find necessary to assure correctness and verification of the reports. E. This Section shall survive termination of this Agreement.

  • Notification of Assignment Any assignment that is not undertaken in accordance with the provisions set forth above shall be null and void ab initio. A Party making any assignment shall promptly notify the other Party of such assignment, regardless of whether consent is required. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns.

  • Plan of Assistance The Plan of Assistance is designed to be helpful. It is initiated when other means of the assistive process have not been successful and the supervisor determines that the classified employee needs additional assistance and support to maintain or achieve an acceptable level of performance.

  • Presumption of Assent A Director present at a meeting shall be presumed to have assented to action taken, unless the dissent of such Director is entered in the minutes of the meeting or unless such Director files a written dissent to such action with the other Directors before the adjournment thereof or forwards such dissent by mail to the other Directors immediately after the adjournment thereof. Such right to dissent shall not apply to a Director who voted in favor of an action.
