Common use of Report of Child Abuse Clause in Contracts

Report of Child Abuse. The Construction Cost Estimator shall comply and shall ensure that its officers, employees, agents and Subconsultants comply with the requirements of 62 Pa. C.S.A. §6344.3(g), which mandates, among other things, written notice by any officer, employee or agent of the Construction Cost Estimator or of any Subconsultant within seventy-two (72) hours after having received notification of being named as a perpetrator in a founded or indicated report of child abuse. The Construction Cost Estimator shall report to the School District, in a prompt and timely manner, all notices required under 62 Pa. C.S.A. §6344.3(g).
