Report of Number of Subscriber’s Customer Clause Samples

The "Report of Number of Subscriber’s Customer" clause requires the subscriber to regularly provide information about the number of customers they serve. Report of Number of Subscriber’s Customer. Upon ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s request, the Subscriber shall report to SORACOM the number of contracts that the Subscriber has concluded with Subscriber’s Customers with respect to any telecommunication service based on the SORACOM Air Global Service in accordance with the method specified by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.
Report of Number of Subscriber’s Customer. Upon SORACOM’s request, the Subscriber shall report to SORACOM the number of contracts that the Subscriber has concluded with Subscriber’s Customers with respect to any telecommunication service based on the SORACOM Air for Sigfox Service in accordance with the method specified by SORACOM. In addition, as necessary, when compliance with the applicable laws and regulations, etc. are requested and reports are required by Sigfox S.A. or UnaBiz Holdings Pte Ltd. for reasonable necessity in the management of Sigfox service, we will respond promptly.
