Common use of REPORT STANDARDS Clause in Contracts

REPORT STANDARDS. Reports or written material prepared by ANSI in response to the requirements of this Agreement or a request of County staff shall, unless otherwise provided for in the Agreement, meet standards of professional writing established for the type of report or written material provided, shall be thoroughly researched for accuracy of content, shall be grammatically correct and not contain spelling errors, shall be submitted in a format approved in advance by applicable County staff, and shall be submitted for advance review and comment by the applicable County staff. The cost of correcting grammatical errors, correcting report data, or other revisions required to bring the report or written material into compliance with these requirements shall be borne by ANSI.
