REPORT STANDARDS. Reports or written material prepared by the Architect in response to the requirements of this Contract or by request of the Program or Project Manager shall meet standards of professional writing established for the type of report or written material provided, shall be thoroughly researched for accuracy of content, shall be grammatically correct and not contain spelling errors, shall be submitted in a format approved in advance by the Program Manager, and shall be submitted for advance review and comment. The cost of correcting grammatical errors, correcting report data, or other revisions required to bring the report or written material into compliance with these requirements shall be borne by the Architect.
