Report the Results. BMS is responsible for ensuring that the MCO fulfills its contractual responsibilities to inform all families of the services available under EPSDT and how to access them. MCOs must submit to BMS a report due forty-five (45) calendar days after the end of each quarter which identifies its performance regarding EPSDT outreach/enabling services, screening and referral rates, well-care child visit rates, dental visits, and immunization rates (see Section 5.11, Reporting Requirements).
