Common use of Report to Lessor Clause in Contracts

Report to Lessor. The Lessee must immediately report to the Lessor: (a) any act of vandalism or any incident which occurs on or near the Premises which involves or is likely to involve a breach of the peace or become the subject of a report or complaint to the police and of which the Lessee is aware or should reasonably be aware of; (b) any occurrence or circumstances in or near the Premises of which it becomes aware, which might reasonably be expected to cause, in or on the Premises, pollution of the environment; and (c) all notices, orders and summonses received by the Lessee and which affect the Premises and immediately deliver them to the Lessor.
