Common use of Reportable Events Clause in Contracts

Reportable Events. At any time that Borrower or any Pension Affiliate has a Pension Plan, Borrower shall furnish to the Agent and each Lender, as soon as possible, but in any event within thirty (30) days after Borrower knows or has reason to know that any Reportable Event with respect to any Pension Plan has occurred, the statement of the chief executive officers or chief financial officers of Borrower setting forth the details of such Reportable Event and the action which Borrower or any Pension Affiliate has taken or proposes to take with respect thereto, together with a copy of the notice of such Reportable Event to the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation.
