Reporting and Acquittal. (1) Recipient to provide regular updates on the progress of the funded project throughout the Grant Period. An Acquittal report should be submitted via an online system within 30 days of the completion of the project. The Recipients report should identify activities conducted during the Grant Period working towards achieving the goals of the Project. This evidence should be provided and may include but not be limited to: photographs, screen shots and documentation produced, paid invoices, bank statements, for both the grant funds and recipient matching contribution.
