Common use of Reporting and Inspections Clause in Contracts

Reporting and Inspections. Customer agrees to supply to Dorks Delivered or Dorks Delivered’s nominated agent any information reasonably requested by ▇▇▇▇▇ Delivered relating to Customer: (a) for credit management purposes (see also clause 9); (b) to enable Dorks Delivered to monitor and help reduce the incidence of fraud; (c) to assist Dorks Delivered in complying with its regulatory obligations and its obligations to report on compliance with those obligations; (d) to assess whether or not the Customer has complied, is complying and will be able to continue to comply with all obligations imposed on the Customer under the Agreement; and (e) for other purposes reasonably required by Dorks Delivered from time to time and agreed by the Customer.
