REPORTING AND MEETINGS. ‌ 9.1 The Supplier shall submit Management Information to the Authority in the form set out in Schedule 6 throughout the Term on the 10th day of every Month and thereafter in respect of any Contract entered into with any Authority. 9.2 The Authorised Representatives shall meet in accordance with the details set out in Schedule 6 and the Supplier shall, at each meeting, present its previously circulated Management Information in the format set out in that Schedule. 9.3 The Authority may share the Management Information supplied by the Supplier with any other contracting body. 9.4 The Authority may make changes to the nature of the Management Information that the Supplier is required to supply and shall give the Supplier at least one month's written notice of any changes.
