Reporting and Minimum Hours Pay. SECTION 1. When an employee or new hire reports to work for his/her regular or assigned shift and weather permitting is not put to work, he/she shall be paid two (2) hours reporting time and shall remain at the job-site for the two (2) hours if required by the Employer.
