Reporting and Payment. If the Practice Group accepts payment in accordance with section 5.3: (a) the Practice Group shall report the receipt of any Monies in the next invoice the Practice Group submits to the TPA pursuant to Article 8; and (b) the TPA shall only pay to the Practice Group an amount equal to the difference between the Monies and the fee ordinarily payable for a Billable Course of Care as determined in accordance with Schedule “C”, provided that the Monies paid are less than the amount ordinarily payable for a Billable Course of Care determined in accordance with Schedule “C”.
