Common use of Reporting and Tracking Clause in Contracts

Reporting and Tracking. During the term of the Agreement, RideAlong will automatically track, through the Service, the following information: (a) client-side analytics; (b) application performance; (c) specific information regarding errors and bugs; (d) logs; and (e) impact metrics. Agency may opt-out of such automatic tracking by providing RideAlong with written notice within fourteen (14) days of the Effective Date, in which event Agency agrees to provide RideAlong with written reports every week, which reports will disclose the information specified in this section.
