Reporting and Tracking. 2 Developer shall track all stakeholder-initiated communications, coordinate a response with 3 ADOT, provide a record of response times to such communications, and conduct a review of 4 actions taken in response, all as described in and consistent with the PIP. ADOT will conduct 5 periodic surveys of customers to determine overall satisfaction ratings with the performance of 6 the Work and the effectiveness of its public information and community relations endeavors.
