Common use of Reporting and Withdrawal of Students/End Users Clause in Contracts

Reporting and Withdrawal of Students/End Users. Where reporting of student results is required by Applicable Law, Customer shall be responsible for insuring the accuracy and completeness of student information used, relied upon, or reported by Edgenuity in providing the Instructional Services, and shall promptly notify Edgenuity if any student information needs to be corrected or updated. Upon notice to Customer, Edgenuity reserves the right to withdraw End User access for students who fail to take required tests or maintain adequate progress.
