Reporting by the Servicer Sample Clauses
The "Reporting by the Servicer" clause requires the servicer to provide regular updates and detailed reports regarding the status and performance of the assets or accounts they manage. Typically, this involves submitting periodic statements, performance metrics, or compliance confirmations to the other parties involved, such as investors or trustees. By mandating consistent and transparent reporting, this clause ensures all stakeholders are kept informed, facilitates oversight, and helps identify issues early, thereby promoting accountability and effective management of the serviced assets.
