REPORTING GUIDELINES. 1. The City shall notify SEIU of all new employees hired, promoted, demoted, and transferred by the City, who are represented under this MOU. The City shall provide the following information for each employee within fourteen (14) business days of such change in employment status: full name, employee ID number, date of hire, effective date of change in employment status, date of birth, home address, mailing address (if different), home phone number, cell phone number (if known), classification, work location, work phone number, salary step, and rate of pay. 2. SEIU shall notify the City in writing of any City and/or Union personnel, including their contact information, who are recognized as representatives of SEIU with the power to bind SEIU in all matters pertaining to this MOU. ▇▇▇▇ further agrees to notify the City in writing of the names of its Stewards and the effective dates of their election, appointment, or certification.
