Reporting Location. When a supervisor assigns an employee to work at a location other than his/her primary duty location, the employee may go into service at his/her primary duty location if: 1. the assignment was not known or foreseeable at the time of the employee’s last shift worked and 2. the employee would not have the necessary uniform and equipment unless s/he picked it up at the primary duty location. In such situations, the employee must give reasonable advance notice and coordinate with his/her supervisor. Assignments made from the voluntary overtime list will be considered foreseeable.

Reporting Location. 7.1 The Employer will designate the reporting location(s) according to the nature and location of the work. 7.2 All employees will report to the reporting location point at their scheduled start time. 7.3 It is understood that the reporting location and pre-job location are normally one and the same. For clarity purposes, the pre-use inspection will not be performed prior to the pre-job.

Reporting Location. Each employee will have an established headquarters, which will be the location where the employee normally works, reports for work, or the location to which the employee returns between jobs. The Union will be advised of any change in report location prior to implementation of such change. Changes in report location, at the direction of the Company, will be offered to employees in the same classification starting with the most senior to the most junior. In Field Operations where employees are assigned to crews, changes to report locations will be offered to employees in the same crew and the same classification starting with the most senior to the most junior. In the event there are insufficient volunteers, the most junior employee within the same classification will be required to change locations.

Reporting Location. For purposes of this Agreement, the Executive’s reporting location shall be Chester, England, which shall include the metropolitan area within a 40-mile radius from the Company’s current office; provided, however, that it is understood and agreed that Executive’s responsibilities include frequent travel to the United States to oversee the Company’s US operations.

Reporting Location. For those divisions that have multiple reporting locations, classification seniority shall be the controlling factor in the assignment of an employee to a reporting location unless the work unit mutually establishes in writing another procedure that is approved by the director (or designee) and the Association. Special Rule for the Departments of Parks & Recreation and YDSI: Because this department has multiple facilities, this department shall instead divide its facilities into two equal zones based upon geography. Classification seniority shall instead be the controlling factor in the assignment of an employee to a zone. However, once a zone is selected by an employee, management then reserves the right to assign the employee to a facility within that zone. All other limitations as described in the remainder of this section shall apply. If the Director or designee has cause to believe that a given employee cannot be placed in the reporting location as requested due to that employee’s knowledge, skills, abilities, customer service skills, interpersonal (people) skills, communication skills, certifications, work history, and other similar attributes, then the director or designee shall reduce the justification to writing and shall provide a copy of the document to both the employee and the Association. If the employee protests the decision the employee may file a grievance, which may only be processed through Step 3 of the grievance procedure.

Reporting Location. For purposes of this Agreement, Employee’s reporting location shall be Casper, Wyoming, which shall include the metropolitan area within a 60 mile radius from the Company’s current office at that location.

Reporting Location. 16.1.1 All employees shall be assigned to definite reporting locations. 16.1.2 Employees will be subject to work assignments at other than their normal assigned reporting location. 16.1.3 The selection of employees for such reassignment to a temporary work location shall be subject to the following: 16.1.3.1 The work group will be asked for qualified volunteers. 16.1.3.2 If sufficient volunteers are not obtained, qualified employees will be assigned in inverse order of seniority.

Reporting Location. In Facilities Maintenance, the Authority may at its option assign employees to report directly to the job site if the specific job is scheduled to last more than two days. In such case, employees will be given 24 hours notice, and they will be paid travel pay each day equal to one and one half (1½) hours pay at their straight time rate of pay. SECTION I CMF - BIDDING The CMF shall have two (2) shake-ups per year in accordance with Section C above. CMF employees in the classifications of Mechanic “A”, Mechanic “B”, Mechanic “C” or Master Mechanic, who voluntarily move to a different section at any shake-up, may not voluntarily move again to a different section for one (1) year.

Reporting Location. Designated as a building or place therein, as determined by the Company, where employees begin and end their assigned tours of duty.
