Reporting Non-Permitted Use or Disclosure. FAI will report to Plan any use or disclosure of Members’ Protected Health Information not permitted by this Business Associate Agreement or in writing by Plan. FAI will make the report to Plan not more than ten (10) business days after FAI learns of such non-permitted use or disclosure.
