Reporting Non-Permitted Use or Disclosure. Business Associate shall report to Friday Colorado any Use or Disclosure of PHI in its possession of which it becomes aware that is not permitted by the terms of this Agreement, contractual arrangement or as may be required by law. Additionally, Business Associate shall report to Company any attempted or successful (a) unauthorized access, use, disclosure, modification, or destruction of Company’s Electronic PHI; or (b) interference with Business Associate’s system operations in Business Associate’s information systems, of which Business Associate becomes aware.
