Reporting Non-Permitted Use or Disclosure. Morehouse shall report to the Participant each Use or Disclosure that is made by Morehouse, its employees, representatives, agents or subcontractors that is not specifically permitted by this Agreement. The initial report shall be made by telephone call to the Participant within forty-eight (48) hours from the time the Morehouse becomes aware of the non-permitted Use or Disclosure, followed by a written report to Participant no later than ten (10) business days from the date the Morehouse becomes aware of the non-permitted Use or Disclosure.
