Reporting Non-Permitted Use or Disclosure. Contractor shall report to County each non-permitted Use or Disclosure that is made by Contractor, its employees, representatives, agents, or subcontractors but is not specifically permitted by this Agreement. The initial report shall be made by telephone call to County’s Privacy Officer within forty-eight (48) hours from the time the Contractor becomes aware of the non-permitted Use or Disclosure, followed by a written report to the Privacy Officer no later than five (5) days from the date the Contractor becomes award of the non-permitted Use or Disclosure.
