Reporting Notification. A. Performance and Final Status Grantee shall submit all financial, performance and other reports to the State no later than the end of the close out described in §5.E, containing an evaluation and review of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s performance and the final status of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s obligations hereunder.
