Reporting Notification. Reports, Evaluations, and Reviews required under this Agreement section shall be in accordance with the procedures of and in such form as prescribed by Mines and in accordance with the Statement of Work. If Federal Funds are used for any portion of this Agreement, Federal Fund Reporting requirements shall be further detailed in Addendum One to this Agreement and incorporated herein by reference. If no Federal Funds are used, there shall be no Addenda to this Agreement, other than those Exhibits referred to and incorporated herein.
