Reporting of Costs and Charges Information. Where the Manager is required to provide annual ex post information about costs and charges to the Client, the Client agrees and acknowledges that such information shall be provided in respect of an annual period ending on 31 December each year, and the first such information shall be provided for a partial period commencing on the effective date of this Agreement and ending on the next following 31 December.
