Reporting of Course Withdrawals. PHSC’s Executive Director of Enterprise Systems will notify the Assistant Director, Office for Leading and Learning at Pasco County Schools via an electronic report every two weeks during and following the withdrawal period of dual enrollment students who have withdrawn from courses. It is the responsibility of the student to bring any errors to the attention of the faculty member as soon as the errors are detected within this one-year period. Students requiring assistance should work with their high school counselor and PHSC academic advisor. Full documentation for the extenuating circumstances must be included with the student’s written request. If approved by the high school, this request packet will then be sent to the Assistant ▇▇▇▇ of Student Affairs at the appropriate campus. The Assistant ▇▇▇▇ of Student Affairs will then review it and forward it to the Assistant Vice President of Student Affairs for final decision, according to College guidelines regarding extenuating circumstances.
