Common use of Reporting of Data Clause in Contracts

Reporting of Data. During the Term of this Voluntary Agreement, Airbnb shall meet with Claimants’ Counsel at least every six months following the Effective Date to review summary data of disability-related complaints. The summary data will include: (i) the number of disability complaints over the prior reporting period; (ii) the type of complaint where available; (iii) the location of the complainant; (iv) the type of response where available; and (v) the number of users accessing and using the Accessibility Filters. Airbnb agrees to discuss the underlying data and records relating to a disability-related complaint, where available and as appropriate, with Claimants’ Counsel.
