Common use of Reporting of Data Clause in Contracts

Reporting of Data. (a) Company agrees to submit Derivative Data to CME, unless it has appointed an Authorized Service Provider to submit Derivative Data on its behalf as per Clause 3 (c). (b) Company agrees that when submitting Derivative Data, it will do so in a format prescribed by CME from time to time. (c) All Derivative Data reported by Company to CME shall be materially accurate and complete and compliant with the Rules and applicable rules and regulations under ▇▇▇▇. Company shall promptly alert CME if Company becomes aware of an error or omission in reported Derivative Data or inDerivative Data that CME has publicly disseminated. (d) Company shall adhere to the verification and error correction processes set forth in TR Rules 604 and 605 with respect to Company’s Derivative Data.
