REPORTING OF MISSING CHILDREN. PROVIDER assures VCOE that all staff members, including volunteers, independent PROVIDERs, and subPROVIDERs or any person employed directly or indirectly by it agree to adhere to requirements for reporting missing children as specified in California Education Code Section 49370. A written statement acknowledging the legal requirements of such reporting and verification of staff adherence to such reporting shall be properly submitted to the VCOE.
