Common use of Reporting of Payments Clause in Contracts

Reporting of Payments. Pursuant to Applicable Law, in some countries drug and device manufacturers are required to report data on any and all items of value including, but not limited to fees, meals, educational items, gifts, expense reimbursement and other payments or items of value provided to healthcare professionals. These reports may be made public consistent with the applicable statutory requirements. The Investigator and Institution agree to such disclosure and/or publication. The Investigator and Institution give their express consent that Sponsor may use, collect, process, record, commit and transmit their personal data for the purpose of this Agreement.
