Reporting of Student Records. The LEA shall: a. furnish an official high school transcript to NMSU if required by NMSU; b. record, unchanged, the grade given to the dual credit student by NMSU on each student high school transcript; c. retain educational records in accordance with New Mexico and federal statues and record retention regulations; and d. comply with data collection and reporting provisions in §6.30.7.12 NMAC.
