Common use of Reporting of Clause in Contracts

Reporting of. An employee who is injured during working hours and is required to leave for treatment or sent home for such injury, shall receive payment for the remainder of the shift or work day at hisher regular rate of pay without deduction from sick leave, provided that a medical practitioner, the staff health officer or a charge states that the employee is unfit for further work.
