Common use of Reporting Payment Clause in Contracts

Reporting Payment. An employee who reports to work as scheduled or is called into work on assigned day off and reports as requested by the Employer and no work is available, shall receive a minimum of three (3) hours pay at not apply in the event of an emergency which disrupts the normal operations of the nursing home or whenever an employee has received prior notice not to report to work,nor shall it apply to employees returning to work without notice after absence. (This Article applies to both full-time and part-time employees)

Reporting Payment. The Employer may elect to assign the employee to any other work in the nursing home which the Employer determines the is able to perform. This reporting allowance shall not apply in the event of an emergency which disrupts the normal operations of the nursing home or whenever an employee has received prior notice not to report to work,, nor shall it apply to employees returning to work without notice after absence. (This Article applies to both full-time and part-time employees).
