The Reporting Program clause establishes the requirements and procedures for providing regular updates or reports related to the subject matter of the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the type of information that must be reported, the frequency of reporting, and the format or method by which reports should be submitted. For example, a party may be required to submit quarterly progress reports or financial statements to the other party. The core function of this clause is to ensure transparency and accountability by mandating structured communication and documentation throughout the duration of the agreement.

Data submitted under this Contract may be used by OHA for purposes related to obligations under ORS 442.464 to 442.468 and OAR 409-025-0100 to OAR 409-025-0170. Submission of encounter data in accordance with this Contract will fulfill Contractor’s responsibility for APAC submission. Failure of Contractor to submit under this Contract the encounter data required to fulfill the responsibility for APAC reporting is subject to compliance and enforcement under 409-025-0150 as well as under this Contract. This data will be used in conjunction with Section 5 of this exhibit.
Reporting Program. County shall provide BVA LFG with the reports summarizing operations hereunder at the Landfill and the production and sales reports all as called for in the Work Scope. County shall include a section in the report which indicates potential or actual material problems in the supply of Landfill Gas that have or are likely to arise. Such reports will be made in a mutually agreeable format. County shall also promptly notify BVA LFG after becoming aware of(i) any material breach of any Related Agreement, Permit or any other material agreement or instrument pertaining to any of the foregoing, or (ii) any material pending or threatened litigation or proceedings regarding the Gas Collection System or any of the foregoing instruments.
Reporting Program. RAE shall cooperate with and assist TCMC in its participation in the All Payers All Claims (APAC) reporting system established under ORS 442.464 and 442.466.

  • Reporting Frequency During any period of time when you are subject to the requirement in paragraph 1 of this award term and condition, you must report proceedings information through ▇▇▇ for the most recent five year period, either to report new information about any proceeding(s) that you have not reported previously or affirm that there is no new information to report. Recipients that have Federal contract, grant, and cooperative agreement awards with a cumulative total value greater than $10,000,000 must disclose semiannually any information about the criminal, civil, and administrative proceedings.

  • Research Use Reporting To assure adherence to NIH GDS Policy, the PI agrees to provide annual Progress Updates as part of the annual Project Renewal or Project Close-out processes, prior to the expiration of the one (1) year data access period. The PI who is seeking Renewal or Close-out of a project agree to complete the appropriate online forms and provide specific information such as how the data have been used, including publications or presentations that resulted from the use of the requested dataset(s), a summary of any plans for future research use (if the PI is seeking renewal), any violations of the terms of access described within this Agreement and the implemented remediation, and information on any downstream intellectual property generated from the data. The PI also may include general comments regarding suggestions for improving the data access process in general. Information provided in the progress updates helps NIH evaluate program activities and may be considered by the NIH GDS governance committees as part of NIH’s effort to provide ongoing stewardship of data sharing activities subject to the NIH GDS Policy.

  • Reporting Procedures Enter in the ▇▇▇ Entity Management area the information that ▇▇▇ requires about each proceeding described in paragraph 2 of this award term and condition. You do not need to submit the information a second time under assistance awards that you received if you already provided the information through ▇▇▇ because you were required to do so under Federal procurement contracts that you were awarded.

  • Sales Reporting Requirements This is a requirement of the TIPS Contract and is non-negotiable. By submitting this proposal, Vendor certifies that Vendor will properly report all TIPS sales. With the exception of TIPS Automated Vendors, who have signed an exclusive agreement with TIPS regarding reporting, all TIPS Sales must be reported to TIPS by either: (1) Emailing the purchase order or similar purchase document (with Vendor’s Name, as known to TIPS, and the TIPS Contract Name and Number included) to TIPS at ▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇.▇▇▇ with “Confirmation Only” in the subject line of the email within three business days of Vendor’s acceptance of the order, or; (2) Within 3 business days of the order being accepted by Vendor, Vendor must login to the TIPS Vendor Portal and successfully self-report all necessary sale information within the Vendor Portal and confirm that it shows up accurately on your current Vendor Portal statement. No other method of reporting is acceptable unless agreed to by the Parties in writing. Failure to report all sales pursuant to this provision may result in immediate cancellation of Vendor’s TIPS Contract(s) for cause at TIPS’ sole discretion.

  • Reporting Period Project progress including a summary of progress, findings, data, analyses, results and field-test results from all tasks carried out in the covered period.
