Reporting Responsibilities. It shall be the duty of the employee to report the occurrence of any of the following events to their supervisor or to Transportation Communication Center immediately at the time of accident/incident and before leaving the scene of accident/incident if during regular working hours. However, if accident/incident occurs before or after regular working hours the employee must report to Supervisor immediately and before leaving the scene of accident/incident.
