Common use of Reporting Standards Clause in Contracts

Reporting Standards. Gifts shall be recorded in compliance with the Council for Advancement and Support of Education and California State University reporting standards and shall be reported to the Chancellor’s Office on an annual basis in accordance with Education Code §89720.
