Common use of Reporting Times Clause in Contracts

Reporting Times. Deadline for Lender to report market disruption in accordance with Clause 10.2 (Market disruption) Close of business in London on the Reporting Day for the Loan or the relevant part of the Loan. Deadline for Lender to report their cost of funds in accordance with Clause 10.3 (Cost of funds) Close of business on the date falling two Business Days after the Reporting Day for the Loan or the relevant part of the Loan (or, if earlier, on the date falling three Business Days before the date on which interest is due to be paid in respect of the Interest Period for the Loan or that part of the Loan).
