Reporting Unsafe Conditions or Practices. Immediately upon encountering a condition that presents an imminent hazard to health or safety, the employee shall notify the immediate Supervisor/Director. The Supervisor/Director shall make a determination as to the extent of the hazard and shall give the employee reasonable instruction in light of the determination. Absent agreement, the matter is to be directly referred to the District's Safety Officer or designee. Employees may also report unsafe conditions anonymously through the process described in the Injury and Illness Prevention Plan (IIPP).
