Reports and Filing. Upon execution of this Agreement, the Company shall fully cooperate with the Purchaser in preparing, drafting and filing the reports the Purchaser must file with the relevant government authorities, agencies, offices and other institutions in connection with the acquisition of foreign securities by the Purchaser; provided that the Purchaser shall be solely responsible for all costs associated with the preparation and filing of such reports. The Purchaser shall fully cooperate with the Company in preparing, drafting and filing any reports and documents pursuant to the relevant securities laws and regulations; provided that the Company shall be solely responsible for all costs associated with the preparation and filing of such reports and documents.
