Reports and Notices. a. The Custodian shall keep adequate records of transactions it is required to perform hereunder. After the close of each calendar year, the Custodian shall provide to the responsible individual a written report or reports reflecting the transactions effected by it during such year and the assets and liabilities of the custodial account at the close of the year. a.
