Reports and Payment. a. The sponsor of each activity that has a fee attached shall make a report in duplicate to the principal. One copy shall be forwarded to the coordinator of athletics. b. Payment of extra-curricular salaries shall be paid in accordance with the printed payroll dates. The first payment for directors or coaches of year-long activities shall be made prior to November 1.
