Common use of Reports and Proxies Clause in Contracts

Reports and Proxies. Borrower shall deliver to Bank, promptly, a copy of all financial statements, reports, notices, and proxy statements sent by Borrower to stockholders, and all regular or periodic reports required to be filed by Borrower with any governmental agency or authority.
