Common use of REPORTS AND RECORD-KEEPING Clause in Contracts

REPORTS AND RECORD-KEEPING. 8.1. The RL shall maintain accurate records of all matters relating to the NRES Connections provided under this Agreement, and shall upon request by NLT, submit supporting evidence showing that: 8.1.1. the NRES Connections are used only for purposes directly related to the Contract; and 8.1.2. all End-Users to whom services using the NRES Connections are provided have utilised such services in such manner and for the benefit of such parties as specified in the Contract.
