REPORTS AND RECORD-KEEPING. 3.1. The RL shall maintain accurate records of all matters relating to the Non-Residential End-User Connections provided under this Agreement, and shall upon request: 3.1.1. submit supporting evidence showing that the Non-Residential End-User Connections are used only for the provision of Enterprise Services; and 3.1.2. provide NLT with all reasonable assistance (including but not limited to, obtaining the necessary approvals, permits and consents for NLT to access the Exempted Locations) that would allow NLT to determine whether the terms and conditions of this Agreement have been complied with.
