Reports and Records for the Trustee and Instructions. (a) Unless otherwise stated in the related Series Supplement with respect to any Series, on each Determination Date the Servicer shall forward to the Trustee a Monthly Servicer Report prepared by the Servicer. (b) Unless otherwise specified in the related Series Supplement, on each Payment Date, the Trustee or the Paying Agent shall make available in the same manner as the Monthly Servicer Report to each Noteholder of record of each outstanding Series the Monthly Noteholders’ Statement with respect to such Series and the Issuer shall send such Monthly Servicer Report to the Rating Agency.
