Reports and Submittal Deadlines. A. Grantee shall provide to ODOD Progress Reports, to be submitted with every disbursement request but no less than every six (6) months beginning on the first day of the calendar quarter following the Effective Date (January 1, April 1, July 1, or October 1) during the Term. The Progress Report shall include a description of all work completed for each task, beginning and end dates of field work, proposed tasks and objectives for the previous quarter, and any recent significant events regarding the Project.

  • COPIES OF REGULATORY REPORTS AND FILINGS Upon reasonable request, Competitive Supplier shall provide to the Town a copy of each public periodic or incident-related report or record relating to this ESA which it files with any Massachusetts or federal agency regulating rates, service, compliance with environmental laws, or compliance with affirmative action and equal opportunity requirements, unless the Competitive Supplier is required by law or regulation to keep such reports confidential. The Town shall treat any reports and/or filings received from Competitive Supplier as confidential information subject to the terms of Article 16. Competitive Supplier shall be reimbursed its reasonable costs of providing such copies.

  • Submittal Schedule Within sixty days after the Effective Date of the Contract, the Contractor shall prepare and submit a Submittal Schedule for review and approval of the Design Professional. In establishing the Submittal Schedule the Contractor shall take into account large submittal documents that will require longer review times, e.g., submittals with over fifty sheets of drawings. The Design Professional’s approval shall be based on conformance of the Submittal Schedule with the Overall Project Schedule, subject to change from time to time in accordance with the progress of the Work.

  • Reports and Statements The Lending Agent shall furnish the Client with the reports and statements set forth in the Securities Lending Guidelines or as otherwise agreed from time to time.

  • BACKGROUND STATEMENT NCR Voyix and Customer agree that this Agreement will apply to: (a) the subscription licensing to Customer of Software at selected Customer sites and Hosted Software accessed via the internet; (b) the subscription or purchase of Equipment by Customer; and (c) NCR Voyix’s maintenance and support services, if any, for such Software and Equipment, as well as certain other services as set forth herein. Payment processing services are not covered by this Agreement. If NCR Voyix provides payment processing services as part of a Product bundle or otherwise, then such processing services will be covered by separate agreement.
