Reports and Tests. The Company has delivered to Buyer true and complete copies and results of any reports, studies, analyses, tests, or monitoring in the possession or control of the Sellers or the Company pertaining to Hazardous Materials or Hazardous Activities in, on, or under the Facilities, or concerning compliance by the Company, or any third party for whose conduct it is or may be held responsible, with Environmental Laws.
