Common use of Reports by the Issuer Clause in Contracts

Reports by the Issuer. The Issuer shall file with the Trustee and provide Securityholders, within 15 days after it files them with the Commission, copies of its annual reports and of the information, documents and other reports (or copies of such portions of any of the foregoing as the Commission may by rules and regulations prescribe) that the Issuer is required to file with the Commission pursuant to Section 13 or 15(d) of Exchange Act.

The Issuer shall file with will furnish to the Trustee and provide Securityholders, within 15 days after it files them with the Commission, copies of its annual reports and of the information, documents and other reports (any document or copies of such portions of any of the foregoing as the Commission may by rules and regulations prescribe) that report the Issuer is required to file with the Commission pursuant to Section 13 or 15(d) of the Exchange ActAct within 15 days after such document or report is filed with the Commission.

Reports by the Issuer. The Issuer shall file with will furnish to the Trustee and provide Securityholders, within 15 days after it files them with the Commission, copies of its annual reports and of the information, documents and other reports (any document or copies of such portions of any of the foregoing as the Commission may by rules and regulations prescribe) that report the Issuer is required to file with the Commission pursuant to Section 13 or Section 15(d) of the Exchange ActAct within 15 days after such document or report is filed with the Commission; provided that in the each case the delivery of materials to the Trustee by electronic means or filing documents pursuant to the Commission’s “▇▇▇▇▇” system (or any successor electronic filing system) shall be deemed to constitute “filing” with the Trustee for purposes of this Section 3.05.

The If the Issuer is subject to the reporting requirements of Section 13 or 15(d) of the Exchange Act, then the Issuer shall file with the Trustee and provide Securityholders, within 15 days after it files them with the Commission, copies of its annual reports and of the information, documents and other reports (or copies of such portions of any of the foregoing as the Commission may by rules and regulations prescribe) that the Issuer is required to file with the Commission pursuant to Section 13 or 15(d) of Exchange Act.
